Are your shoes made in Italy?

Our collections feature Italian-inspired designs sourced from trusted international partners who specialize in luxury footwear for global markets. Every set is curated to meet Italian design standards: sleek silhouettes, precision embellishment, and European sizing. We personally vet each supplier for quality, ethical practices, and cultural relevance before adding their pieces to the Milvertons collection. The result? Luxury aesthetics at accessible prices, with US-based service you can trust.

What materials are in your curated sets?

We curate sets featuring: premium PU leather (durable, easy to clean, cruelty-free), Austrian rhinestones (maximum sparkle, secure setting), cushioned insoles (all-day comfort), non-slip rubber soles (safety on various surfaces), and reinforced stitching (long-lasting wear). Our clutch bags use matching materials, quality hardware, soft interior lining, and secure closures. Every material is evaluated during our curation process to ensure it meets our standards for luxury, durability, and value.

Do the rhinestones fall off?

Our rhinestones are hand-placed and secured with professional-grade adhesive designed for footwear. With proper care, they stay firmly attached through multiple wears. However, avoid excessive moisture, harsh impacts, or picking at stones.

How do you ensure quality if you don't manufacture?

Great question! Our curation process includes: (1) Supplier vetting—we only partner with manufacturers who provide samples, quality certifications, and ethical practice documentation; (2) Sample testing—we order and personally evaluate every new style for comfort, durability, and finish; (3) Batch inspection—we randomly inspect inventory before shipping to catch any quality issues; (4) Customer feedback loop—we monitor reviews and returns to continuously refine our selections. If a style doesn't meet our standards or your expectations, we remove it from the collection. Your satisfaction is our quality guarantee.
