The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging - All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from warehouse to destination (that is, the In-Transit time). In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination. However, there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. International delivery usually takes about 15–35 business days.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
Milvertons is not responsible for any customs, import duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Milvertons is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages:
Mivertons is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
