Where can I track my order?

You can track your order at milvertons.com/apps/parcelpanel.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international orders may take 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.

How long is the In-Transit time to deliver my package?

Shipping time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include processing time. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

These estimates may be affected by external factors and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occur before or after the estimated window.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase. To initiate a return, email sales@milvertons.com within three days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached and original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover — as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Google Pay. All payment options are available at checkout.

Do you offer a 3 or 4-installment payment option?

Yes! We offer 4 interest-free installments through Shop Pay (in partnership with Affirm) and through Klarna. Both options are available at checkout.

Are your shoes made in Italy?

We personally vet each supplier for quality, ethical practices, and cultural relevance before adding their pieces to the Milvertons collection. The result? What materials are in your curated sets?

Our sets feature premium PU leather (durable, easy to clean, cruelty-free), Austrian rhinestones (maximum sparkle, secure setting), cushioned insoles (all-day comfort), non-slip rubber soles, and reinforced stitching. Our clutch bags use matching materials with quality hardware, soft interior lining, and secure closures. Every material is evaluated to meet our standards for luxury, durability, and value.

Do the rhinestones fall off?

Our rhinestones are hand-placed and secured with professional-grade adhesive designed for footwear. With proper care, they stay firmly attached through multiple wears. To preserve them, avoid excessive moisture, harsh impacts, or picking at the stones.

How do you ensure quality if you don't manufacture?

Our curation process is rigorous:

  • Supplier vetting — we only partner with manufacturers who provide samples, quality certifications, and ethical practice documentation.
  • Sample testing — we personally evaluate every new style for comfort, durability, and finish.
  • Batch inspection — we randomly inspect inventory before shipping to catch any quality issues.

If a style doesn't meet our standards or your expectations, we remove it from the collection. Your satisfaction is our quality guarantee.
