Returns
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. However, since we do not live in Utopia or Shangri-La, we know that rare occasions may arise when you need to return an item. Should you choose to do so, within three days after delivery, kindly send us an e-mail at sales@milvertons.com. In the e-mail, include your order number and item(s) you would like to return along with the reason(s) for return.
Please note our Return and Refund policy as follows:
Our policy lasts 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us, but you have to notify us within the first 3 days after delivery of the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are requesting a USPS return shipping label from us please know that return label fees are based on approximate weight of item(s) being returned. The return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. Return labels are e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours from your request during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST except on Holidays. Please note, you are not required to use our return labels. We prefer that you use your own return label. You may purchase your own return label from USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or any carrier you choose.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Therefore, items with any signs of use are not eligible for return and should not be returned.
Please be sure to include your original invoice in the box and initial next to each item/style being returned.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges where the item has been customized at the request of the customer. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items.
- Measurement differences, or product does not fit as you expect, would not be considered for return/refund. Make sure you select the correct size, our products have a size chart to guide you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, at our discretion on a case by case basis.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please be aware that items bought from MILVERTONS are not eligible for price adjustments.
For orders shipped to customers outside the United States, we do not accept returns.
Force Majeure - MILVERTONS will deny the dispute of any product damage or shipping delay caused by an act of God, earthquake, fire, flood, storm, heavy snow, war, customs inspection delays, epidemic, labor strike.
Once the Shipping and/or Delivery Carriers have hold of the package being returned by you, MILVERTONS is not responsible for items that have been lost or stolen. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping, as well as handling and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund. We will provide evidence of all deductions at the time of refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, unless a store credit is requested.
Items such as Gift cards, custom or monogrammed items, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable. Valid photo identification is required.
Measurement differences, or product does not fit as you expect, would not be considered for return and/or refund. Make sure you select the correct size, our products have a size chart to guide you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We expect the refund to process to your account within 10 business days from the approval date of the refund. If you haven’t received a refund in this time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@milvertons.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (i.e., discounted items) cannot be refunded. Also, we do not accept returns on sale (discounted items) items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please, make sure you select the right size that fits you.
Cancellations
An order cannot be canceled if it is already in processing status or shipped.
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
When an order is canceled 24 hours after purchase, there is a lot of work involved in handling the order, from when it is received for our team and for the crew at our overseas warehouse partners. As such, any order canceled 24 hours after purchase at your request, will be subject to a handling fee of 7% of the total order amount, to cover the extra charges we incur. This fee will be deducted from the order refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver following our guidelines above.
Addendum to our Return and Refund policy
Due to our ever-changing inventory, returns and exchanges are not available, particularly where the item has been produced specially (custom made) like all our shoes and bags sets, so we advise that you are absolutely certain of your selection before you make the purchase.
Once the carriers have hold of the package, MILVERTONS is not responsible for items that have been lost or stolen.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns & Purchases
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:
- An irregular or excessive returns history or history involving but not limited to worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items.
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing".
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service to a customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
