Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking number and carrier information. You can also log into your Milvertons account to view order status. Do you ship to African countries?

Yes! We ship to Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and other African countries. International Shipping typically takes 15-35 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations—these are the customer's responsibility. We declare full value on customs forms to ensure smooth delivery.

How do I choose the right size?

Most of our shoes use European sizing (EU 37-43). To find your size: (1) Measure your foot from heel to toe in centimeters, (2) Compare to our size chart: EU 37 = 23.5cm, EU 38 = 24.5cm, EU 39 = 25cm, EU 40 = 26cm, EU 41 = 26.5cm, EU 42 = 27.5cm, EU 43 = 28cm. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For wide feet, size up half a size. Each product page includes detailed measurements.

Are your shoes true to size?

Most customers find our Italian-inspired sets true to European size. However, if you typically wear US sizing, note that EU sizes run slightly different: US 7 = EU 37-38, US 8 = EU 38-39, US 9 = EU 39-40, US 10 = EU 40-41. We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original packaging with tags attached. Shoes must show no signs of wear (no scuffs on soles, no creasing). Clutch bags must be unused with dust bags included. To initiate a return, email sales@milvertons.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return label for USA customers. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
