your new product(s) from Milvertons! Please note that Milvertons must
be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its
materials or
workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be
eligible for
a full refund or replacement. If for any reason you are not
completely
satisfied with the products purchased from Milvertons, you
are welcome
to return it.
- To be eligible
for a
return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied
by proof of
purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same
condition as
when delivered including original packaging. Please note
that
customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Customers
are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we
cannot be
held responsible for lost packages.
- All orders shipped to customers outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange, except if the return is due to damage or wrong order.
- For returns,
please email sales@milvertons.com with the subject 'Returns'
and
include your
order number, name and the reason for the return. Please do
not send
back your purchase - we will provide you with instructions on
where to
send return goods. Once a return is received and inspected, you
will receive
a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your
refund.
- If the refund is approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit
card or original method of payment shortly after.
- Milvertons monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Customers
can return
goods once Milvertons has been notified and the return is
made within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since
your
purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
