The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on various factors, processing time takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from warehouse to destination (that is, the In-Transit time). Shipping time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include processing time.

Canada (12-21 Business days)
Europe (8-15 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (8-15 Business days)
Central & South America (15-30 Business days)
Asia (10-25 Business days)
Africa (15-35 Business days)

Note: These estimates can be affected by external factors, as such they are not guaranteed and may be subject to change. The delivery can be completed before or after the estimated delivery window.
